These difficulties can affect their academic performance, social interactions, and general well-being. This workshop offers a supportive space where children can explore mindfulness through art, helping them develop better focus, self-regulation, and emotional awareness in a fun, non-judgmental way.
Mindfulness practices, when combined with art, can help children with ADHD manage their emotions, reduce stress, and cultivate self-awareness.
