About the Event

The Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) program, established in 2015, represents a significant evolution in mindfulness-based interventions by uniquely combining the principles of Mindfulness and Positive Psychology 2.0. As an appreciative Mindfulness-Based Program (MBP), MBWE is designed to enhance overall wellbeing and happiness for a wide demographic, including healthy individuals and those with clinical challenges.

Our Flagship 8-Week Mindfulness Course 

This 9-session program, conducted over 8 weeks, facilitates a comprehensive understanding of the happiness paradigm. Participants are empowered to proactively enhance their wellbeing, equipping them with the tools and insights needed to navigate life's challenges and opportunities. By immersing yourself in this course, you'll discover the keys to unlocking a more meaningful and flourishing existence, fostering a profound sense of personal growth and contentment.

Participants have the option of either joining the class from our training room at Grandlink Square in Singapore, or remotely through Zoom.

Singapore Citizens:  SkillsFuture Credit may be applied towards this course.  Please contact us at admin@centreformindfulness.sg should you like to offset the fees using your SkillsFuture credits.

About the Teacher:

Yuwen Chang Certified Mindfulness Teacher (CMT-P)

Yuwen, a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, is on a journey to share the profound possibilities of having a Mindfulness practice with the world. Her own Mindfulness journey began in 2020, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Like many others, she grappled with "cabin fever" and found a new way to relate to her experiences through Mindfulness. A consistent Mindfulness practice not only helped Yuwen navigate the turbulent emotions of the pandemic but also became a lifelong companion in her overall well-being. The profound impact of Mindfulness on her personal life inspired Yuwen to delve deeper and teach others.

Yuwen is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher – Professional Level (CMT-P) accredited by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA). This certification represents a commitment to delivering quality mindfulness teachings that are rooted in authenticity, compassion, and a deep understanding of the human experience.

Yuwen’s passion lies in walking alongside individuals as they navigate the intricate landscape that is their personal experience. Through her facilitation, she aims to create a supportive and non-judgmental space for others to explore and discover, through Mindfulness, the richness that already exists in our lives.
