Our 5-week Mindfulness for Parental WellBeing (MPW) course is designed to illuminate the path forward and help you navigate the challenges of parenting with greater ease and confidence. This highly interactive and experiential program offers a comprehensive blend of teachings, mindfulness practices, group activities, discussions, reflections, and practical strategies that can be seamlessly integrated into your daily life. These tools aim to make parenting more joyful, satisfying, and effective.

Throughout the course, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your child. You’ll learn the art of being fully present with your children, allowing you to see beyond surface appearances and behaviours to meet their needs skilfully and compassionately while also caring for yourself.

You will be introduced to the foundations of mindfulness and mindful parenting techniques that empower you to awaken and tap into your inherent capacities to manage stress, regulate emotions, and handle crises. The course will guide you in choosing your responses consciously and authentically, enhancing your well-being while also transforming the mindset and wellbeing of your children and other family members.
