Sharon is passionate about enhancing quality of life through mindfulness and wellness practices. Her journey began over 8 years ago with a dedicated practice of mindfulness meditation and yoga, leading to transformative changes in both her personal and professional life. Inspired by these benefits, Sharon is committed to sharing mindfulness with others.
She is certified in Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Training (MBSAT) and is currently an MBSR Teacher-in-training. Her interests in swimming and acting, combined with her diverse background, enable her to bring a unique and versatile approach to integrating mindfulness into the corporate world, schools, as well as creative and women's communities.
